RITUALS

At Alchemist Glow, ritual is not performance. It is presence. Ritual is the act of returning to the body with intention — of slowing down, listening, and honoring the self through touch, breath, and care. Each ritual offered here is an invitation to soften, to release what no longer belongs, and to anoint the body as sacred terrain.

WHAT RITUAL MEANS HERE

Ritual, in the language of Alchemist Glow, is not rigid or prescriptive. It is intuitive. It is personal. It meets you where you are. These rituals are designed to be adapted — practiced under moonlight or morning sun, in stillness or after movement, in silence or with affirmation. There is no right way. Only intention.

THE RITUAL ARC

Alchemist Glow rituals follow a natural arc — one that mirrors both the body and the lunar cycle.

Each step supports the next, creating a complete devotional practice.

THE RITUAL STEPS

Stardust Polish — Release

A ceremonial exfoliation used to polish away what no longer belongs. Sugar, salt, and intention work together to smooth the skin and prepare the body for nourishment. This step invites letting go — physically and energetically.

Moon Milk Body Butter — Soften

A rich, whipped offering designed to melt into the skin slowly. Moon Milk is used to restore softness, seal moisture, and encourage rest. This step is about receiving.

Solar Elixir Body Oil — Anoint

A lightweight, luminous oil applied as a final blessing. Solar Elixir warms the skin, enhances glow, and seals the ritual with intention. This step is about return — to presence, to radiance, to self.

Rituals may be practiced:

  • In alignment with moon phases

  • As part of a nightly devotion

  • During moments of grounding or transition

  • Whenever the body calls for care

The timing is sacred because you are present — not because the clock says so.

Before beginning, pause.

Breathe deeply.
Warm the product between your palms.
Speak your affirmation — aloud or silently.

Let the ritual be unhurried.
Let the body remember.

These are not routines to perfect.
They are practices to return to.

You are not performing self-care.
You are participating in devotion.
